Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. All returns are subject to a re-stocking fee up to 20%.

If returning night vision or thermal, please contact us, to see if item can be returned. 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes for the return to be processed once it is received (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank or credit card company to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Please contact us with your order number along with reason for return. A return authorization number and return information will be provided at that time. All un-authorized returns will not be accepted.
