Shipping Policy

Export: The Export of some products without proper licensing is strictly prohibited and falls under ITAR per title 22, CFR, parts 120-130.

Most orders ship within 3 – 5 busines days with the exception of special orders on Night Vision and Thermal products that may take longer to ship.

We will reach out to you once an order is placed regarding special order items. Special order items will require a signature for delivery.

Although rare, mistakes can happen and an item you have ordered might be out of stock. In these cases, you will be notified right away and given the option to wait for the item to become available again or you may request a full refund for the item.

We do not ship outside the United States. Free and Flat Rate Shipping do not apply to AK or HI.

We do not ship to PO Boxes. A physical address must be provided.

All orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
